Destinus is a megastructure just to the Northwest of the Sandspire in central Fayt. What once were clusters of the most well-preserved buildings from Fayt’s mysterious past have since been connected across the district boundaries with makeshift bridges, additional residences, places of business — anything you could possibly need, Destinus has it.
During the Age of Man, Fayt was under much stricter rule from the Judge Custodian at the time and housing was hard to come by. This was much harder to regulate in the buildings that still remain largely intact, given their sheer size, so Ancestors naturally flocked to them to build homes within. It grew organically over time, eventually forming one massive unit with a reputation all its own; it lives and breathes, a vibrant community of Ancestors and even some Qurlin. One can go an entire day or even several without ever leaving Destinus — you will find plenty of people to socialize with, food to eat (even, sometimes, fresh from the sandy gardens on some rooftops), and entertainment to amuse. Only water is hard to come by, but even then, there are people who make their livings on keeping it stocked.
There is a certain moral code to living within Destinus. Everyone looks after one another, provides for one another, tries to resolve issues without getting The Council involved, and if you see a Judge within the twisting passages, be sure to tell everyone on your way out.
